At Govee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart home lighting and appliances. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Govee account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship to Govee
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
